- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions:
Combine dry topping ingredients; mix well. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture over pie filling.
